Hur stur det til?!? Have a cold beer and here's another week of band review!

As mentioned earlier, I loved swedish bands and this popular swedish indie/rock band was introduced by my friend in recent years. This band started off in the 90s and was really popular with their self titled album and through the years released more than 10 albums to date. They recently released a "Best of" too which everyone should really check out!!!

For me, I am REALLY glad that I finally got their albums on vinyls!!!

The albums are reissued on 180 grams Legacy in limited quantities in sweden/scandinavia and sound quality is pretty good too.

There are so many band/vinyl reissues in the market these days but some are not of good quality as productions are rushed out as they try to make more money. So I am really selective when purchasing reissues and still would prefer the first or early pressings if possible.

Anyways, I really liked their albums from 3rd one onwards when they are at their most popular and creative peak!

These 4 albums (Hagnesta, isola, vapen, du&jag) are the most memorable to me especially with their catchy melodic tunes and choruses. Strong albums which I would give it a 4/5 anytime. Rod is pretty cool too when they have changed their style to a more electronic approach. As for their latter albums, I find that they are less impressive though.

A good introduction and a GREAT buy, is to go get and listen to their recent release "BEST OF" which compiles a lot of the great tracks from all their albums! Easily a 4.5/5 too!
